Preventive Care: Focus on screenings and preventive measures specific to women, such as mammograms, Pap smears, and bone density tests.

However, Full Circle Premium Health believes that women do not need to separate their Primary Care needs from the rest of their health needs. Primary care is a comprehensive, accessible form of healthcare that focuses on the overall health needs emphasizing a continuous, long-term relationship between patients and their primary care providers.

All previous clients get first pick at continuing services the following year before new clients are taken
Previous clients must notify no later than October 1st of that year if they plan to renew their membership
Previous clients must pay the membership fee no later than October 31st of that year to renew their membership. Failure to do so may result in loss of membership allotting another client on the waitlist to be moved into the membership
Includes one 45-minute in-person visit
Includes two 15-minute telehealth visits to be used at your discretion within the year; please note one will be used for a three-month follow-up if any new prescriptions have been started

Any other services provided by Full Circle Premium Health that the members book, such as EMS, Morpheus, etc. will be discounted by 10%
